Important concepts


1. What is a project?

A project is an environment on the Yellow Tokens platform that groups companies, establishments, or products so that customer feedback data and analysis can be viewed in an aggregated manner.


2. What is a Custom Project?

A Custom Project is one that requires configuration by a user. While it involves an additional setup step, it allows any company, establishment, or product to be registered and monitored.


3. What is a Ready-Made Project from the Project Store?

A series of pre-configured projects is available for subscription in the Project Store. Among these projects are those that monitor the largest companies across various segments. No setup step is required, but the companies, establishments, and products in these projects are predefined and cannot be changed.


4. What types of subscriptions are available on the Yellow Tokens platform?

You can acquire two types of subscriptions:


(i) Business Account subscription

(ii) Ready-Made Project subscription from the Project Store


5. What is the difference between a Personal Account and a Business Account?

A Personal Account is one that cannot have Custom Projects and can only have 1 user. This user is the Master User of the account and can only view Welcome Projects or subscribe to Ready-Made Projects from the Project Store.


A Business Account is one that can have Custom Projects and can have more than 1 user. A Business Account can also subscribe to Ready-Made Projects from the Project Store.


6. What are Assets?

Assets are the items you need to choose when acquiring a Business Account. All the Assets on the Yellow Tokens platform are listed below:


(i) Custom Projects

(ii) companies

(iii) establishments

(iv) products

(v) users


7. How are payments processed?

Yellow Tokens uses Stripe to process payments.


Available payment methods: credit card, debit card, and Google Pay.


Subscription periods available: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.


Renewal of subscriptions: happens automatically. Charges occur on the subscription renewal dates.

Subscribing to a Business Account


Subscribing to a Business Account will allow you to monitor the companies, establishments, and products you desire. Additionally, you will be able to invite other users to your account.


Ways to subscribe to a Business Account:


1.  Immediately after logging in, you will see a central banner on all pages of the Yellow Tokens platform. By clicking on it, you will be directed to a page that will allow you to upgrade your account. On this page, click on "Get Business Account", choose the number of Assets for your account, and you're done!


2. At any time, you can also click on the "Upgrade" option located in the upper horizontal menu. This will take you to the same page described above.


Choosing the number of Assets for your Business Account subscription


Follow the steps below to choose the number of Assets for your Business Account:


1. Choose how many Custom Projects you want to acquire.


Consider the following factors when making this decision:

(i) Do you want completely separate views for one set of feedback data and another?

(ii) Does your company have different brands, and do you need to analyze feedback data in isolation?

(iii) Are you a marketing agency or a business consultant, and do you want a specific Dashboard for each of your clients?


2. Choose how many companies you want to acquire.


Consider the following factors when making this decision:

(i) Companies are monitored on the following channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.

(ii) Products and establishments are associated with companies on the Yellow Tokens platform. If you plan to register products or establishments that belong to different companies, you will also need to acquire the corresponding number of companies.

(iii) It is not possible to change the URL of a company once it is registered.


3. Choose how many establishments you want to acquire.


Consider the following factors when making this decision:

(i) Establishments are monitored on the following channels: Google Maps and TripAdvisor.

(ii) It is not possible to change the URL or address of an establishment once it is registered and verified.

(iii) Only establishments that can be found on Google Maps can be registered on the Yellow Tokens platform.


4. Choose how many products you want to acquire.


Consider the following factors when making this decision:

(i) Products are monitored on the following channel: Amazon.

(ii) It is not possible to change a product’s URL once it is registered.

(iii) Only products that have an Amazon URL can be registered on the Yellow Tokens platform.


5.   Choose how many users you want to acquire.


Consider the following factors when making this decision:

(i) Do you need someone to assist you in registering your Custom Projects?

(ii) Do you want to allow other areas of your company to access your customer feedback and analyses? Remember, fostering a customer-focused culture involves engaging all areas of the organization.

(iii) Are you a marketing agency or business consultant and want to share view-only access to the feedback and analyses with your clients?


Understanding the "Monthly Feedback" return from the calculator


Acquiring a company, establishment, or product on the Yellow Tokens platform grants you a certain number of feedback to be monitored each month. This number is calculated by the platform itself.


If your companies, establishments, or products require a greater number of feedback credits, you will be notified and can purchase additional credits at any time.

Acquiring additional monthly feedback credits for your Business Account


If the companies, establishments, or products you registered have more feedback on digital platforms than the number calculated by the Yellow Tokens platform when you first acquired your Business Account, you can purchase additional feedback credits at any time. You will receive a notification if the platform detects that there is more feedback on the digital platforms than your account's current credits.


Ways to acquire additional monthly feedback credits:


1. Immediately after logging in, you will see a circle with a person's image located in the upper-right corner of the screen on all pages of the Yellow Tokens platform. By clicking on it, if you are the Master User of your account and your account has at least one subscription, you will see the menu item "My Subscriptions." Click on this item.


2.   On the next page, you will see all the subscriptions your account has. Locate your Business Account subscription and click the "Buy feedback credits" button.


Acquiring additional Assets for your Business Account subscription


If you need to acquire more Custom Projects, companies, establishments, products, or users for your Business Account, you can acquire additional credits for these Assets at any time.


Ways to acquire additional credits for your Business Account Assets:


1. Immediately after logging in, you will see a circle with a person's image located in the upper-right corner of the screen on all pages of the Yellow Tokens platform. By clicking on it, if you are the Master User of your account and your account has at least one subscription, you will see the menu item "My Subscriptions." Click on this item.


2. On the next page, you will see all the subscriptions your account has. Locate your Business Account subscription and click the "Buy asset credits" button.


When you acquire new companies, establishments, or products, you will gain the right to an additional number of feedback to be monitored each month. This number is calculated by the platform itself.


Saving on your subscriptions


When you acquire the subscription for your Business Account or purchase a Ready-Made Project from the Project Store, you need to choose the duration of your subscription. Currently, the available subscription periods are: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.


The Yellow Tokens platform offers a discount policy for subscriptions with longer periods.


If you change your subscription period to a longer one, you will receive a discount. To do this, follow the steps below:


1. Immediately after logging in, you will see a circle with a person's image located in the upper-right corner of the screen on all pages of the Yellow Tokens platform. By clicking on it, if you are the Master User of your account and your account has at least one subscription, you will see the menu item "My Subscriptions." Click on this item.


2. On the next page, you will see all the subscriptions your account has. Locate the desired subscription and click on the "Save" button.


Changing your subscriptions


If you want to change your Business Account subscription or change your Ready-Made Project subscription from the Project Store, you can schedule the change at any time.


The changes allow you to modify all items in a subscription: the period and the number of Assets, for your Business Account subscription, and the period, for a Ready-Made Project subscription from the Project Store.


Changes to your subscriptions are made through scheduling. A subscription change will be scheduled for the renewal date of that subscription.


To change a subscription, follow the steps below:


1. Immediately after logging in, you will see a circle with a person's image located in the upper-right corner of the screen on all pages of the Yellow Tokens platform. By clicking on it, if you are the Master User of your account and your account has at least one subscription, you will see the menu item "My Subscriptions." Click on this item.


2. On the next page, you will see all the subscriptions your account has. Locate the desired subscription and click on the "Change subscription" button.


Canceling your subscriptions


If you want to cancel your Business Account subscription or cancel your Ready-Made Project subscription from the Project Store, you can schedule the cancellation at any time.


By scheduling the cancellation of a subscription, you will no longer be charged for it, and it will remain active until the renewal date. From that date on, you will no longer have access to your Custom Projects, your Asset credits will be reset, and all other users in your account will be removed if you cancel your Business Account subscription. You will also lose access to the Ready-Made Project from the Project Store if you cancel that subscription.


Acquiring a subscription to a Ready-Made Project from the Project Store


The Project Store has a range of pre-configured projects. Among these projects are those that monitor the largest companies across various segments.


By subscribing to Ready-Made Projects from the Project Store, you can analyze the key factors that make customers satisfied or dissatisfied in a particular segment.


To subscribe to a Ready-Made Project from the Project Store, follow the steps below:


1. After logging in to the Yellow Tokens platform, click on the "Project Store" option located in the top horizontal menu.

2. On the next page, choose the desired segment and country to view the available Ready-Made Projects for subscription.

3. Click on "Learn more" for more information about the Ready-Made Project and on "Acquire Project" to subscribe.


Attention: Only Master Users can acquire Ready-Made Projects from the Project Store.
